Medivive Clinic Policies
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to unwind, relax and fill out any necessary forms.(30 minutes maybe required when the procedure requires numbing cream). Late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times.
Appointments
When reserving an appointment, please inform the staff if you are pregnant or taking any antibiotics. If you are running late we will do our best to complete the treatment but it may be necessary to reschedule. All appointments will end on time in order to be fair to our other patients.
Consultation
New clients are required to fill out a New Patient and consent forms on arrival. This allows our qualified therapists to identify your individual needs and requirements, and ensures the delivery of the perfect treatment and experience for you.
Child Safety Policy
We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our clients. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including AMEX. Eftpos is available. All payments are due at the time of service.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and information collected is only used by Medivive Cosmetic Clinic. Any information that you provide will not be shared with any third party.
SMS Reminders
Confirmation SMS Calls – As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will send an SMS one day prior to your appointment date and time. We like to send an SMS 24hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information as changed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes clients need to change or adjust appointments. We do, however request that clients endeavour to provide us with 24 hours notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling and filling your appointment. A fee of $50 will be charged for non attendance.
