Laser/IPL Hair Removal

Non doctor salons will have inferior IPL machines which do not compare to our medical grade IPL and Laser technonlogy.

Both our platforms are extremely effective in hair removal due to superior technology and we will individually tailor which treatment will suit you best either alone or in combination.

How many treatments are required?

As only hairs in the growth phase are targeted during treatment, multiple sessions  4-6 weeks apart are necessary.

Generally 6-8 sessions are required but this may vary form person to person.

What will I expect?

Most people describe the feeling of IPL/Laser like a rubber band snap on the skin.

Any discomfort is minimised by our Zimmer Cooling technology.

Some redness and hair follicle swelling is evident post treatment. Rarely scabbing and blistering can occur.

What do I need to do before treatment?

Do not pluck or wax for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to treatment. Avoid sun exposure before and after treatment.

Shave the area the day before and do not apply cosmetics or creams to the area on the day.

Can you treat blonde/white hair?

The short answer is no and clinics claiming to do so may be misinformed.

Some pigment is necessary for the treatments to be effective. Therefore some light hairs with pigment may respond to treatment.
